In the future, we plan to finance so-called new construction properties. Initially, however, SUKUUK financing will only be available for existing properties. The SUKUUK contract was created explicitly for financing existing properties and has been extensively tested. After the successful start of SUKUUK financing, the expansion will be implemented.
If you want new construction financing to be offered in a timely manner, more people need to know about SUKUUK. Increasing demand helps to develop SUKUUK offerings to meet that demand.
