The Framework Contract is regulated in such a way that the SPV may only rent the property to the “grantor of the right of use”, that is, to the owner. In the event that the buyer (new owner) does not fulfill his contractual obligations, the property will be sold at the best possible price. The profits are divided among the contractors in accordance with their shares.
