FAQ from investors: What data is required from investors?

Investors register free of charge at www.sukuuk.com. During registration, personal data—such as personal details, contact details, account details, and information related to other topics—are requested. 


  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Street

  • House number

  • ZIP code

  • Location

  • Country

  • Place and country of birth

  • Date of birth

  • Nati

  • onality

  • Politically exposed person status (a person is politically exposed if they either hold or have held a high-ranking important public office at the international, European, or national level, or if they are an immediate family member of or otherwise known to be close to a person who meets this requirement)

  • Is there a US tax liability?

  • Bank details (IBAN*, BIC, account holder*)


For investments of €1,000 or more per object, your self-disclosure is required for the following two questions (the amount limit and the self-disclosure are conditions from the German Investment Act):


  1. Are your freely disposable assets in the form of bank balances and financial instruments at least €100,000? Your freely disposable assets are the sum of all assets that you can access. This includes, for example, credit balances on your checking account, savings account, share deposit account, fund deposit account, and comparable accounts and deposits.

  2. Is your investment less than twice your average monthly net income?
