SUKUUK enables individuals and families to finance their dream property through equity crowdfunding (p2p finance). The “right to use” the property is held by a special purpose vehicle (SPV). The SPV leases the existing property to the financier. The financier manages the property on its own responsibility; after all, the financier is the owner of the property.
